Hi All

This is my first post using DarkRoom, have to say it is pretty amazing how much it changes making posts when you have nothing but a black screen and green writing. Nothing to distract you and nothing to put you off. You feel like you are in the olden days, well infact its like been in DOSDos reviewsDos reviews without having to worry about all the commands. I think i am going to be using this for quite sometime.

Nokia N95 running rotateME

Author: rhodzy  //  Category: nokia n95

I have also got my N95 running rotateME another cool little app using the Accelerometer. What this program does is, when you rotate your phone the screen will automatically change the right way. This is a functionality that the iPhone has.

You can download this app HERE  this program is still only in BETA mode as well, so you will also have to get this “Signed”

Instructions on how to get applications for symbian “signed” are HERE

If you get stuck on this one then please feel free to email me :-)

Nokia N95 running FlipSilent

Author: rhodzy  //  Category: nokia n95

TodayToday reviewsToday reviews i have been playing around with my Nokia N95, i recently found out (i know its took time) that it has a built in Accelerometer which means you can do some pretty cool stuff with it. Ive just managed to install FlipSilent which is a pretty good app. Basically say you are busy and your phone starts to ring, rather than cancelling the call all you have to do is flip your phone over and it will automatically change to “Silent Profile” or if you go into the settings menu you can change it so it automatically cancells the call when you turn the phone over.

To get this to work you can download the app from HERE  but at the moment there is only an “unsigned version” which means before you can install it you will have to get the application “Signed” to run on your N95.

This took some time, but after following the instructions which can be found HERE  it will work no trouble :-)

HopeHope reviewsHope reviews this has been helpful! If you get stuck then please get in touch and i will be able to get it done for you!
