I recieved my BB storm on saturday – was really fast delivery, it came just as I was about to leave from centre parcs so had no time to really play around or get it working. I popped my SIM in and Phone call, Txt msgs worked but no web browsing.

When I got home on Sunday I checked it out and after spending a few hours online trying to figure out what was wrong I came across this website http://www.berryology.com/info/ This is a really good site for help getting your Unlocked storm working with T-Mobile UK. You have to donate $10 to recieve the information (I am always dubious) about things like this but decided to give it ago. I recieved the files via email and got straight to work….to my disopointment it didn’t work! But I soon recieved an email from the site owner explaining that he noticed I was in the UK and the files that were sent were for T-Mobile US. 1 Hour later when he returned home, he sent me the files (guide & T-Mobile service books UK) and I got to work again, the process only takes around 3 minutes to complete.  Yet again it still didnt work, I decided to try and download the facebook app from the Add new software from blackberry desktop manager, this downloaded and logged in fine….OK so the internet was working just not the browser, I looked around the the browser settings for some time and noticed that the browser was set to web n walk, I changed this to Tzones and voila! Fully working connection on a Unlocked Blackberry Storm T-Mobile UK.

I do not have a blackberry data/email plan but do have unlimited web n walk with tmobile, this is perfect as I use the Gmail App anyways.
